Commuting Day

One-Hundred-Thirty-Five.

I woke up really early to play bells at church. I think I am getting better at sight reading music the day of the performance. When I got home, my dad showed me a wasp's nest that was removed from our tree. I started to tear it apart (the bees were long gone). Inside the nest I found some cells that were unopened, so I opened them. Inside the unopened cells I found a full wasp that had never been born. It was weird holding a dried wasp that was perfectly cylindrical. I decided to honor the dead with a mini photo session. (On a related note, I need a good macro lens). My family then went down to GAC to hear Patty sing in the G-Choir. After that we all drove up to the cities again for a show at the Guthrie. We arrived at 7:30 thinking we were early for a 8:00 show, but as it turns out it was a 7:00 show. Luckily, we are subscribers so we are able to return the tickets after the show date. I still have no idea how I spaced this. This was probably a blessing however, because I was able to get back to GAC earlier to do 23 computer science problems. We left for GAC after KO (Patty's sister) treated us to ice cream. We were (pardon the pun) busy bees today.

Later,
~Pat
